The role is a very dynmaic role acting as sergeant at arms for internal and external commuinaction within the customer experience and customer service team within the region of Egypt and Australia and New Zealand

Manage and create permission for and enablement for CSR and internal team memebers you will be responible for service defects credentails management as a team memeber you will be participating in our local and global initiatives

You have to gain knownledge and then mastery for our tools and portals

Role Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external commuincation between EG & ANZ CS team and other departments


• Access and permisson creation and management for newly team memebers internal and external


• Data analysis and presentation for performance and other aspects of the business


• Service defects management


• Invoices management and fullfillment


• Project and initiatives management and follow up


• Portals and tools master user



Role Qualifications



• Enthusisastic commuincator


• Organized and focused


• Excellent command of EN language


• Moderate knowledge of data analysis and data presentation


• University graduate is prefferable
