Inspecting washing machine components and ensuring proper installation according to work instructions. Monitoring assembly process quality on the production line and detecting any errors or defects during manufacturing. Inspecting the external appearance of the washing machine to ensure there are no scratches, cracks, or defects in the paint or product body. Ensuring components and parts are installed correctly, such as: door and rubber seal, control panel, hoses and connections, tub and motor, plastic and metal parts. Conducting required inspections on the washing machine according to production stages and quality instructions. Detecting non-conforming products, isolating them, and preventing their transfer to the next stage until required action is taken. Recording defects, remarks, and inspection results on forms or the system used. Notifying the quality or production supervisor upon detecting recurring defects or production line issues. Following up on the re-inspection of repaired products to ensure compliance before approval.
