Haxel is seeking an Operations Specialist – Inventory Management to join the Operations team. The role involves monitoring and managing inventory movement, as well as coordinating between warehouses, production, QC, and operations.

Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Operations.
- Prior experience in Inventory Management or Warehouse Operations.
- Higher education qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong experience using Shopify.
- Ability to lead and follow up on a team (Team Leadership).
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
- High accuracy in handling data and inventory.
- Ability to analyze operational issues and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with various departments.
