Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

1. Team leadership & junior development

• Supervise guide and mentor junior marketing specialist(s) in day-to-day tasks and career growth
  
• Delegate tasks effectively set clear expectations and review work output
  
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
  
• Act as first point of escalation for the junior team before reaching the Marketing Manager
  

2. Marketing strategy & planning

• Develop and own integrated marketing plans (digital & offline) aligned with business objectives
  
• Translate strategy into actionable campaign briefs timelines and resource plans
  
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives
  
• Ensure all marketing activities maintain brand consistency and quality standards
  

3. Performance analysis & optimization

• Own campaign performance tracking across all KPIs (leads engagement conversions ROI)
  
• Analyze data trends and deliver strategic insights not just reports to guide decision-making
  
• Lead performance reviews and drive continuous optimization of campaigns and channels
  
• Present findings and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders
  

4. Market & customer intelligence

• Lead in-depth market research covering competitors industry trends and customer behavior
  
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations that influence campaign direction and positioning
  
• Monitor market shifts and proactively flag risks or opportunities to the team
  

5. Agency & vendor management (key responsibility)

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for all external marketing agencies and vendors
  
• Lead briefing sessions set clear deliverable expectations and hold agencies to deadlines and quality standards
  
• Review and approve agency outputs (designs content campaigns) before escalation or final sign-off
  
• Manage agency contracts budgets and performance evaluations
  

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Strong knowledge of marketing principles digital channels and content strategy
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics HubSpot Mailchimp etc.) and social media platforms
Excellent communication analytical and leadership skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and resources

Required Skills:

45 years experience in customer success leadership role. Strong Arabic and English communication skills. Organized proactive and able to manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM systems.
