We are looking for an outgoing and professional Public Relations employee to join our restaurant team. The main goal of this position is to build positive relationships with customers and reach new audiences according to the restaurant's targeting. Additionally, managing reservations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Managing the daily reservation system and organizing tables to ensure smooth operations and prevent overcrowding. Regularly monitoring customer feedback and reviews (in-house or online) and working to improve their experience. Professionally handling complaints and suggestions and resolving them immediately in coordination with the restaurant manager. Contributing to building and developing relationships with companies, hotels, and organizations to increase reservation and sales rates.
