Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our team in Aswan Egypt. As a GSA you will be the face of our hotel providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

• Welcome and check-in guests providing a warm and professional first impression
• Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Process check-outs and handle billing accurately
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services local attractions and events
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely
• Assist with concierge services including booking tours and making restaurant reservations
• Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and presentable at all times
• Participate in training sessions and stay updated on hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications :

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in hotel management software such as Opera (preferred)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse guest needs
• Multilingual skills particularly Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Knowledge of local attractions and services in Aswan (preferred)
• preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of work and night shifts.
