Job Objective:

Supervise the implementation of architectural works on-site and ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and the schedule.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementation of architectural works and finishes on-site.
• Review execution drawings and architectural plans.
• Follow up with labor, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of materials and executed works.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers on-site.
• Track progress rates and the project timeline.
• Assess site material needs and submit supply requests.
• Follow up on technical observations and work to close them.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress and coordinate with the consultant.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in contracting sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and 3D Max are preferred.
• Ability to read execution drawings and plans.
• Strong skills in follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving.
