Requirements

• Experience that Excites: Possess a robust 3-7 years of hands-on experience in BIM, structural, or architectural design engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in BIM software, including Revit, and advanced structural analysis tools like Etabs. Familiarity with AutoCAD for drafting and design is also key.

• Engineering Acumen: Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Structural Design principles, with practical experience in Architectural Design integration.

• Code Compliance Champion: In-depth knowledge and practical application of local and international Building Codes and standards.

• Project Prowess: Demonstrated capabilities in Project Management, capable of overseeing design phases from concept to completion and generating precise Construction Documentation.

• Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional Collaboration and Problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
