Implementing quality and food safety standard in depots

Audit on storage practices and personnel hygiene in depots good warehosue practices (GWP)

Audit on sales trucks for ambient and twice / week for cold trucks

Weekly trade audit on markets

Implementing training plan for logistic and sales team

Follow up and verifying closing nonconformities which are resulting from regular audits and daily operation

Daily check on receiving shipments from plant

Daily check and follow up pest control system

Daily control and monitoring returns and its classification

Daily inspection from receiving lots physical and release status of products

Daily follow up prepairing orders , loading and shipping shipments

Follow up the orders for permuim customers based on special customer requirements

follow up customer complaint closure on time and customer visits

Follow up implementing cleaning and sanitation program in depot and personnel hygeine

Record all required data of daily operation process according to ISO 9001/2015 documentations

Daily follow up for the cold stores and daily register data logger records

Take an immediate correction and corrective action in case of cold store temp violation

Raising regular reports to the direct manager on regular basis according to procedure

Implementing aan efficeint traceability system
