Job DescriptionTechnical Support EngineerDepartment: Technical SupportIndustry: Electrical Solutions, Automation & Elevator Systems Reports To: Technical Support ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial offers, reviewing project specifications, selecting suitable products and solutions, and providing technical support for projects related to Automation, Classic Control, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Elevator Systems utilizing solutions from Schneider ElectricKey ResponsibilitiesTechnical ResponsibilitiesReview project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation, control, drives, and elevator-related projects.Select and size suitable products and solutions based on project requirements.Prepare technical submittals, compliance sheets, and material datasheets.Coordinate with the sales team to provide technical support during the quotation and bidding stages.Provide technical clarifications to clients, consultants, and contractors.Follow up on approved submittals and project requirements.Assist in designing control panels and automation solutions when required.Support project execution teams with technical documentation and product information.provide technical support for clients in sites ( related to elevator ).Recieve technical support calls via phone. prepare daily reports for technical support in sites or via phone . Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding technical inquiries and product selection.Documentation & CoordinationPrepare and maintain project documentation and technical records.Ensure all technical documents comply with project specifications and company standards.Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project departments to ensure smooth project execution.Prepare reports on submitted quotations, technical approvals, and project status. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in a Technical Office role (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also apply).Experience in Automation & Motion , Motor Drive , VFDs, MCCs, PLCs, and Elevator Systems is preferred.Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and solutions is a strong advantage.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
