Duties and Responsibilities:

Cost Management and Control:

• Preparing and monitoring production and manufacturing costs, including raw material costs, wages, and operating expenses.
• Analyzing variances between estimated and actual costs and providing accurate reports on deviations.

Budgeting and Cost Forecasting:

• Preparing financial statements and annual budgets, and setting cost forecasts based on production plans.
• Collaborating with the finance department to develop cost-reduction plans and improve production efficiency.

Financial Data Analysis:

• Preparing and analyzing periodic financial reports related to costs and revenues.
• Providing recommendations based on analysis to improve financial performance and reduce costs.

Accounting System Management and Updates:

• Supervising financial accounting systems and updating them regularly to ensure data accuracy.
• Managing and monitoring account records and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards.

Coordination with Other Departments:

• Working closely with the production department to determine product prices based on production costs and achieving profit margins.
• Coordinating with the sales team to collect payments and ensure the necessary liquidity to support daily operations.

Tax Reporting and Tax Authority Coordination:

• Preparing necessary reports for submission to tax authorities and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Supervising the preparation of required tax and social security documents.

Bank Account Management:

• Monitoring banking transactions and ensuring accurate records.
• Supervising loan and banking facility procedures, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in accounting and cost management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and various ERP systems.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare accurate reports and analyze financial performance and production costs.
• Personal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Tax Knowledge: Experience in preparing and managing tax files and reports required by official authorities.

Work Location:

Qalyubia - Qalyoub.

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
