We are an electrical and engineering company based in Agouza, Giza, and an authorized distributor of Schneider Electric products. The company operates across Egypt and Saudi Arabia and provides electrical and engineering solutions including electrical panels, elevators, low-voltage and medium-voltage solutions, electrical contracting, and related products and services.

As we are currently establishing our Marketing function, we are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to take ownership of our social media presence and create professional technical and commercial content that represents the company and its products.

Job Summary

The Social Media & Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and translating technical products and services into clear and attractive content for our target audience.

The role requires someone who can combine content creation, social media management, creativity, and basic marketing knowledge, while working closely with the technical and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company's Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Create engaging and professional content including:
Social media posts
Product features and highlights
Company updates
Project showcases
Educational/technical content
Reels and short-form videos
Promotional campaigns
Employer branding content
Create content that explains technical products and solutions in a simple and engaging way.
Conduct regular visits to the company's workshop, projects, and business locations when needed to capture authentic photos and videos.
Create content showcasing the company's electrical panels, elevator solutions, LV/MV products, Schneider Electric products, workshop operations, projects, and technical capabilities.
Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to collect accurate product and project information.
Write clear and engaging captions in both Arabic and English when required.
Ensure that all published content reflects a professional corporate image.
Monitor social media comments, messages, and inquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments for proper responses.
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, and other relevant KPIs.
Identify current social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities.
Support paid advertising campaigns by preparing suitable creative content in coordination with the Media Buyer.
Assist in developing content for the company's website, including product pages, company updates, and other digital materials.
Support the development of the company's digital presence in both the Egyptian and Saudi markets.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify content opportunities.
Maintain consistent branding, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital channels.
Content Creation Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to be comfortable with hands-on content creation, including:

Photography and basic video shooting.
Reels and short-form video creation.
Basic video editing.
Basic graphic design.
Writing social media captions.
Creating content ideas and campaigns.
Repurposing existing technical and product information into social media content.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Content Creation.
Previous experience managing business/company social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of Facebook and LinkedIn.
Good understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
Good writing and communication skills in Arabic and English.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to create content independently from concept to publishing.
Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other graphic design tools.
Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the company's social media presence.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B, engineering, electrical, construction, industrial, or technical companies is a strong advantage.
Experience creating technical or engineering-related content is preferred.
Experience working with Schneider Electric or other electrical/industrial brands is a plus.
Experience creating content for the Saudi/GCC market is an advantage.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising is a plus.
A portfolio of previous social media work is highly preferred.
