Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receive goods and materials, and verify quantities and specifications.
- Store and organize products and materials in an orderly and safe manner.
- Issue goods and materials according to approved release orders.
- Record all receipt and release operations in the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory balances and conduct periodic stocktaking.
- Reconcile actual quantities with system balances and identify any discrepancies.
- Maintain the warehouse and prevent damage, loss, or misuse.
- Prepare orders and deliver them to departments or customers as instructed.
- Monitor item movements and report any shortages or slow-moving items to management.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory movements and balances.
- Comply with warehouse safety and occupational health policies and procedures.
