Experience in the restaurant and catering field is required only.

Sales Development: Attracting catering contracts for corporate events, conferences, and occasions, and preparing price offers and packages.

Menu and Pricing: Coordinating with the chef to determine the appropriate menu and calculating food costs (Food Cost) and adjusting prices.

Operations and Logistics: Inspecting event venues, coordinating with the kitchen and branches to provide manpower, equipment, and transportation vehicles.

Collection and Customer Follow-up: Following up on financial payments with accounts and measuring customer satisfaction after the event to ensure continuity.

Requirements:

Previous experience in catering and restaurant/hotel sales.

Strong relationships with corporate clients and event organizers.

Excellent knowledge of negotiation, cost accounting, and logistics management.
