Job Summary: Efficiently and effectively execute production work orders, programs, and standard operating procedures while complying with all company requirements, quality standards, food safety and loss prevention, and workplace security.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

1. Prepare component/packaging material release notes.
2. Receive and inspect components/packaging materials from the warehouse.
3. Execute production work orders according to relevant standard operating procedures and performance indicator sheets; record actual data in the performance indicator sheet and work order execution steps sheet.
4. Operate semi-automated to fully automated/best-in-class equipment.
5. Perform cleaning and sterilization activities in accordance with company requirements.
6. Ensure product security by verifying that all products are secured before shipment.
7. Use and follow relevant standard operating procedures at every step in the production/packaging process.
8. Use personal protective equipment as required for each process/activity.
9. Implement good manufacturing practices, cleaning, and maintain a regular workplace environment.
10. Comply with all company policies, regulations, and international standards.
11. Apply operational efficiency concepts during execution, fill out daily stoppage reasons documentation, attend daily operational efficiency meetings, and share information with attendees to identify root causes of issues.
12. Provide useful ideas that reflect value creation for the system.
13. Work in different shift patterns.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a technical institute/vocational school.
2. Production technical ability.
3. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred, including (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverages).
4. Computer literacy.
5. Problem-solving skills.
6. Teamwork.
