Job Purpose

Manage manufacturing site security, maintenance, housekeeping, transportations, meals, and fleet.

Key Accountabilities

• Propose annual plan and budget covering areas of responsibility.
• Monitor budget throughout the year and proposes corrective actions to cover for any deviations.
• Manage the maintenance, renovations, furnishing, landscaping and housekeeping of all siteindoor and liaise with any relevant external contractors for that purpose.
• Handle the purchasing, rental, leasing, selling, insuring, licensing and maintenance of company vehicles (buses, trucks, cars).
• Manage security of site and liaises with security service provider.
• Manage an updated database for the management of vehicles’ fleet and site maintenance.
• Manage insurance of site & fleet in collaboration with the finance & legal departments.
• Manage employees’ food and beverages services.
• Liaise with “6 of October local authority” regarding any required licenses and public services attainment (water, electricity…etc.).
• Manage the handling of plant wastes and their sales to contractor as per commercial and HSE guidelines.
• Manage routes of vehicles and fleet (buses, trucks, cars) and drivers.
• Liaise with legal section head to ensure correct legal position within relevant areas of responsibility.
• Liaise with industrial safety and environmental protection governmental authorities; collaborates with QHSE Manager and Legal section head where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and procedures within his scope of responsibility.

Experience

• Bachelor degree of any major
• 10 Years in Administration experience
• Leadership skills
• Decision Making skills
• Negotiation Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent MS user
• Very good command of English
• Report writing skills
• Multi tasks , time management , working under pressure
