Position Overview: As an IT Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, providing essential support and expertise across various IT domains. You'll be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure, directly contributing to our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently for all end-users.

• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity through Network Administration best practices.

• Perform System Administration tasks, including server management, user account management, and access control.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with precision and speed, showcasing exceptional Troubleshooting skills.

• Implement and monitor basic Cybersecurity Fundamentals to protect organizational data and systems from threats.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer Hardware Support and peripherals.

• Manage Software Installation & Configuration across various platforms and applications.

• Oversee routine Data Backup & Recovery operations to ensure business continuity and data integrity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field is highly preferred.

• Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in an IT Specialist, Systems Administrator, or Technical Support role.

• Required Skills:

• Proven background in Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting capabilities.

• Solid understanding and experience in Network Administration and System Administration.

• Familiarity with Cybersecurity Fundamentals and best practices.

• Proficiency in Hardware Support and Software Installation & Configuration.

• Experience with various Operating Systems (Windows, Linux).

• Exceptional Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.

• Hands-on experience with Data Backup & Recovery solutions.
