Educational Programs Planner

Job Summary

• Manage dental education programs/courses logistics communications and followup with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders.
  
• Handle shipping tracking delivery collection and return of courses materials with internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Promote 360 Academy programs and attract new registrations.
  
• Organize inperson events courses study clubs and clinical workshops.
  
• Support in organizing dental webinars.
  
• Communicate with participants with updates briefs and timeline.
  
• Set starting dates and deadlines for lab production of course materials with proper follow ups.
  
• Ensure correct and complete delivery of materials in time for courses for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Arrange and book venues for inperson events and communicate courses timeline for participants.
  
• Invite potential leads to upcoming events and promote our dental education platform 360Academy.
  
• Manage 360 Academys inventory keep tracking of stock and communicate with stakeholders for preorders.
  
• Manage printed marketing materials for 360 Academy and other events.
  

Requirements

Fluent English
Ability to manage time effectively and deliver quality tasks.
Detailoriented selfreliant and processdriven mindset.
Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
Good presentation skills.
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
Flexibility to learn new information trends and good research skills.
