Role Description The Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities for Grand Kunafa غراند كنافة. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates from multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The Recruiter will prepare job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all applicants. This role also involves collaborating with management to understand staffing needs, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The Recruiter will help promote the company’s employer brand and uphold fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies, priorities, and deadlines effectively. Familiarity with basic HR practices, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking methods. Ability to work on-site in Cairo and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail recruitment is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
