Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our finance department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end closing processes, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and support the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
• Prepare and analyze journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to track project expenses and budget variances.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and record depreciation schedules.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., ERP systems, SAP, or QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
