WE ARE HIRING | OUTGOING TOURISM SPECIALIST Mena Tours is expanding its Outgoing Tourism Department and is looking for an experienced and highly organized Outgoing Tourism Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. Position Outgoing Tourism Specialist Location: Cairo, Egypt Gender: Male / Female Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with proven experience working for established / well-known travel companies, with a strong background in outgoing tourism operations. Required: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Outgoing Tourism / Travel Operations. Previous experience with a reputable and established travel company is required. Strong knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system. Excellent knowledge of international air ticketing and reservation procedures. Strong experience in arranging FIT and group travel. Excellent knowledge of hotels, transfers, tours, and international travel services. Strong communication and negotiation skills with overseas suppliers and DMCs. Ability to prepare professional quotations, itineraries, and complete travel packages. Excellent follow-up and attention to detail. Good command of English, written and spoken. Visa Experience – Preferred Experience in handling visa requirements and applications from end to end will be highly preferred, including: • Visa requirement checking • Document preparation and verification • Appointment coordination • Application submission • Follow-up with embassies / visa centers • Monitoring application status • Advising clients regarding visa procedures and documentation Key Responsibilities Manage outgoing travel arrangements from initial inquiry through final delivery. Prepare competitive quotations and customized itineraries. Handle airline reservations and ticketing using Amadeus. Coordinate with international hotels, DMCs, airlines, and other suppliers. Manage FIT and group bookings. Handle visa requirements and documentation where applicable. Negotiate rates and conditions with international suppliers. Ensure all bookings and travel documents are accurate and delivered on time. Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain excellent relationships with clients and international partners. Support the department in achieving its sales and operational targets. Why Join Mena Tours?
