Operate CNC Laser machines and Laser cutters according to operating instructions and required drawings.

Prepare and adjust the machine before operation and ensure its readiness.

Perform cutting, drilling, and engraving operations with precision according to approved measurements and designs.

Read and understand engineering drawings and operating files.

Adjust machine settings such as speed, power, focus, and gases based on the material type.

Conduct periodic machine inspections and perform simple maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Ability to detect operational malfunctions and address them.

Handle operational malfunctions and report technical faults requiring specialized intervention to the maintenance department.

Monitor product quality during operation and ensure parts comply with required specifications.

Adhere to safety and occupational health procedures while operating machines.

Record production quantities, waste, and monitor raw material consumption.

Collaborate with production supervisors and operations managers to achieve the required production plan.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Intermediate or above technical qualification, preferably in mechanics or electricity.
• Previous experience in operating Laser CNC machines / Laser cutters.
• Preferred experience in metal buildings factories (hangars and trusses) or similar industries based on the nature of the work.

- Work in Alexandria (accommodation available for expatriates).

- Working days: Saturday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
