The objective of the job is to implement and follow up on the company's external tasks, deal with government entities, private parties, clients, and suppliers, in addition to tracking, delivering, and receiving documents and procedures related to tenders and submissions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within specified deadlines.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Implement and follow up on the company's external tasks as per management directives.
• Deal with government entities, private parties, banks, clients, and suppliers to complete required procedures.
• Receive and deliver documents, files, contracts, and official correspondence.
• Follow up on tender and submission procedures and documents with various entities.
• Continuously coordinate with internal management regarding the status of procedures and documents.
• Use the employee's motorcycle for work tasks while adhering to traffic and safety rules.
• Submit documents or proof of expenses and trips in accordance with the company's system.

Requirements:

• Own a motorcycle in good condition.
• Valid motorcycle driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Cairo and Giza areas and the ability to efficiently reach different destinations.
• Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various entities and individuals.
• Honesty, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company appropriately.
• Previous experience in external services or dealing with government entities or tenders is preferred.
