Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions, creating or briefing visual content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure consistent messaging. The Social Media Content Creator will also track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements to social media strategies. Qualifications Ability to create engaging written and visual content for social media platforms (e.g., posts, stories, short videos). Minimum 3 years of experience in content creationexperience working at a marketing/advertising agency is must Strong, demonstrable portfolio showcasing previous work Proven ability to contribute creative ideas to campaign development and strategy Skills in planning and managing social media content calendars, and aligning content with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting on performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversions. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, marketing, and client teams. Attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of current social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior. Previous experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
