• Receiving and Inspection: Receiving electrical appliances from suppliers or manufacturers, verifying quantities and specifications against shipping invoices, and visually inspecting packaging for damage or defects.
• Organization and Storage: Properly arranging and storing appliances safely (avoiding stacking that could damage sensitive devices), ensuring adequate ventilation and temperature conditions, and applying the FIFO (First In, First Out) policy.
• Recording and Documentation: Accurately entering incoming and outgoing inventory data into the company’s digital systems (such as ERP or warehouse management software) and issuing addition and withdrawal permits.
• Inventory and Monitoring: Conducting periodic and continuous inventory checks, reconciling actual stock with records and systems, and immediately reporting any shortages or damaged items.
• Dispatch and Delivery: Preparing branch or customer orders, ensuring appliances are in good condition before handing them over to transport companies or delivery representatives with official documents.
• Safety and Security: Adhering to industrial safety and occupational health requirements within the warehouse to protect appliances from moisture, fire, or theft.
