As part of this mission, we are recruiting a Databricks Tech Lead.

Roles and responsibilities
• Design and industrialize data pipelines on Databricks
• Define Data / Lakehouse architectures
• Technically mentor Data Engineering teams
• Optimize Spark / PySpark processing
• Participate in Cloud architecture choices and DevOps/DataOps best practices

Required profile :

Qualities required to succeed in this role
• Databricks expertise
• Very good command of Spark / PySpark / SQL
• Solid experience in Data Engineering and data architecture
• Cloud knowledge: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• CI/CD, Git, orchestration (Airflow, ADF...) experience
Profile
• Confirmed experience in a Tech Lead or Data Expert role
• Ability to support and challenge technical teams
• Fluent French required
• Professional English appreciated
