Job :
We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) responsible for steering and monitoring projects to ensure their alignment with the Group's strategy. As a true partner to business and operational teams, you will contribute to the structuring, governance, and success of projects.
Main Missions:
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies.
- Create and lead project steering committees and project reporting.
- Monitor and control project progress based on quality, cost, and deadline criteria.
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure budget monitoring for projects.
- Identify, analyze, and track project risks.
- Ensure the application of good project management practices and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering or business school, or equivalent.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role in project management or PMO.
- Good command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalents).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ease in producing reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, and results-oriented.
