Job : Position:
Assigned to the store management, your role is to ensure the department's purchases, the creation/updating of technical sheets for the bakery, pastry, and viennoiserie ranges, as well as the implementation of commercial offers, and the presentation of your area.
For this, your areas of activity are:
- Performance analysis
- Commercial animation of the department
- Merchandise management
- Competitive intelligence
- Team management
Required profile : Profile sought:
With a Bac +2/3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in Hospitality or Bakery/Pastry, you have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef, during which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to organize product stock management
- Ability to make reports
- Ability to conduct negotiations
- Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and track indicators
