Job :

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) rules

Managing and monitoring customer invoices;Ensuring the reliability and consistency of entered financial data;Verifying the compliance of accounting operations related to billing;Avoiding any delays in transmitting documents to internal departments (accounting, headquarters, etc.);Ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of the customer portfolio and outstanding amounts;Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

Required profile :

Associate's degree (Bac +2) in management, finance, accounting, or business school, specializing in banking/finance

Technical skills:

Skills in finance and accounting;Proficiency with management systems and ERP tools;Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001/45001/14001/50001).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
