Job :

The Project Management Consultant supports project teams in operational activity management, schedule tracking, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. They contribute to managing costs, deadlines, and risks to ensure the successful execution of projects in an industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure tracking of project schedules, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Consolidate and analyze project progress data.
• Produce regular reports on project status, risks, actions, and performance indicators.
• Participate in the coordination of different stakeholders and the follow-up of action plans.
• Identify deviations from objectives and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare management support materials and meeting minutes.
• Ensure the reliability and updating of project tracking data.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
• Junior profile with less than one year of experience or a recent graduate.
• Academic experience or an internship (PFE) in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Good understanding of industrial environments.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools appreciated.
• Good command of office and reporting tools.
• Basic knowledge in project management and performance indicator tracking.
• Data analysis and processing skills.
