Your tasks
Reporting to the Treasury & Tax Supervisor, you will ensure the rigorous management and monitoring of the cash desk. As such, you will be involved in four areas:

Cash Desk Management:

• Process customer check and bill payments and ensure their entry into the system
• Make check and bill deposits at the bank and ensure traceability
• Fill out deposit slips for sending to the bank
• Perform daily cash closing
• Prepare and enter expense reports
• Process release orders
• Check supporting documents before accepting payment for transactions

Invoicing

• Validate invoices before they are given to customers

Customer Relations

• Welcome customers and manage daily relationships
• Report and handle customer complaints

Risk Management

• Verify the completeness of customer files
• Verify customer solvency
• Ensure compliance with granted credit limits

Required profile :

Your profile
Education:

• Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or as a cashier

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of cash desk procedures and standard banking operations
• Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
• Solid understanding of general accounting
• Ease in managing customer relations

Languages

Arabic and French: fluent - required
English: intermediate level
