Join a major player in the Hotel / Restaurant sector, whose culinary excellence is based on exceptional ingredients. It is in the heart of dynamic Marrakech, Morocco, that we are looking for a passionate profile for the position of Agronomist Engineer.

In this role, the main objective is to guarantee the quality and traceability of agricultural products used in our establishments. This involves optimizing supplies, developing sustainable partnerships with producers, and contributing to a responsible and high-quality purchasing approach.

• Ensure the selection and monitoring of agricultural suppliers and products.
• Implement and supervise quality control and food safety protocols.
• Participate in defining specifications for agricultural products.
• Analyze market trends and propose product innovations.
• Manage relationships with agricultural partners and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply and inventory management processes.

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in Agriculture.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is expected, preferably within the agri-food or restaurant sector.

• Proven skills in quality management and food safety.
