Job : Join our dynamic and multilingual team! As a Bilingual Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:- Welcoming and informing Dutch and French-speaking customers by phone.- Handling customer requests and complaints with efficiency and empathy.- Ensuring personalized follow-up for each request and finding suitable solutions.- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Required profile : Bilingual Dutch-French, both spoken and written.Excellent communicator, you are a good listener and have a pleasant voice.Customer-oriented and with a strong sense of service.Resistant to stress and able to handle difficult situations calmly.Proficient in computer tools (CRM, etc.).A first experience in customer service would be a plus.
