General Manager – Morocco Inbound Tourism

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Drive overall company strategy, financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
• Commercial & Partnerships: Build and maintain strong networks with hotels, transport providers, local vendors, and international tour operators.
• Service Excellence: Oversee sales, marketing, and client operations, ensuring service standards align with luxury and GCC market expectations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Moroccan tourism laws and licensing regulations.

Profil recherché :

Requirements :

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Market Expertise: Strong background in Moroccan inbound tourism. Proven experience handling GCC markets is a strong advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Languages: Native/Fluent proficiency in Arabic and English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent business acumen, partner negotiation, and team management capabilities.
