You will be based at our local headquarters in Casablanca. Your main responsibilities will include payroll and social security contributions: preparing employment contracts for new employees; collecting, verifying, and entering new employee data into the payroll system (proficiency in Pantheon software is an asset); ensuring the completeness and compliance of personnel files and records in SAP HR; ensuring the accuracy and updating of employee data; managing and updating personnel files and the database using SAP HR; collecting and verifying necessary administrative documents from various locations (stores, headquarters, and the Dark Store); calculating monthly salaries and social security contributions; preparing monthly payroll journal entries for SAP Retail; and generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to payroll and personnel administration. Ensure that monthly salaries and taxes are recorded in the electronic banking system. Prepare and manage employee administrative documents: (employment certificates, salary certificates, etc.)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers. Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented. Results-driven, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track tasks while respecting deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Adherence to internal procedures and applicable legislation. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Excellent command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
