Job :

Main tasks:

- Define the main sales events for the PGC (Consumer Packaged Goods) department in line with the store's strategy, seasonality, and market opportunities. - Manage and analyze sales performance (revenue, profit margin, stock turnover, shrinkage) and implement corrective action plans. - Help build the product selection based on customer types, the local area, the specific needs of Express stores, and consumer trends. - Analyze product performance to suggest adding, removing, or adjusting product ranges suitable for local convenience stores. - Work with merchandising teams to optimize shelf space, ensure product visibility, follow planograms, and improve the customer experience. - Optimize logistics and supply to ensure products are available at all times in a fast-moving environment. - Ensure the good condition of equipment and tools for the department. - Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, as well as internal and regulatory procedures.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Education level from a 2-year to a 3-year degree in Economics, Management, Commerce, or equivalent. - Proven experience of at least 3 years as a PGC Manager or Department Manager in an Express, Proximity, or similar store format. - Bilingual. - Excellent knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods (PGC) and the specifics of convenience store business.
