Join our dynamic team in the Health sector as a PEC Agent. Located in the beautiful city of Essaouira, this position represents a unique opportunity to actively contribute to our mission and develop your skills in a stimulating environment.

Your role will be essential for the smooth running of our operations, ensuring efficient patient care and rigorous file follow-up. The goal is to guarantee optimal service quality for our patients and partners, while participating in the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming and directing patients.
• Administrative management of patient files, including data entry and verification.
• Appointment scheduling and management.
• Coordination with various medical and paramedical departments.
• Payment and billing follow-up.
• Contribution to logistical organization.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Required profile :

For this position, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a two-year college degree or higher) is required. Training in Management, Administration, Business Management, Medical Secretarial, or a similar field,

The company is looking for someone with proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally gained within the healthcare sector.
