Job :
Within the Survey Management & Reporting team, you will be responsible for:
Extracting, analyzing, and preparing data from platforms to evaluate Product Quality Issues (PRS) by model, fuel type, and transmission.
Creating and updating dashboards (PowerBI, Excel) to track the status of analyses by team and by survey.
Organizing and leading meetings with PRS functions (PCAL, PTD, PHES, etc.) to:
- Validate action plans and next steps (e.g., monitoring CQM/SLQM actions).
- Produce minutes of meetings (MoM) with action points and agenda.
Producing monthly reports (PowerPoint, Excel) for the Monthly PRSQ Review, including:
- PPH (Problems Per Hour) values by model and engine type.
- Key trends and deviations from targets.
- Recommendations for achieving objectives.
Collaborating with third parties to define requirements and analyze survey results by model and engine type.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Industrial Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
- Strong ability in coordination and interface management
- Results-oriented and focused on achieving goals
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
