Airfreight ACC Specialist

In this Airfreight ACC Specialist position

• You will support the execution of plans and processes to implement the AFR pricing strategy.
• You will assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
• You will execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for day-to-day operations.
• You will support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs.
• You will prepare and submit all relevant tender documentation.
• You will develop and maintain databases containing specific information to enable quick responses to network queries.
• You will build and maintain strong business relationships with customers and airline partners.
• You will prepare carrier performance reports and conduct performance reviews.
• You will identify opportunities to enhance services and processes, secure cost-effective and competitive pricing, and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting service specifications and transit time targets.
• You will stay informed about recent developments in new solutions, services, trade lanes, and traffic developments.
• You will provide functional guidance, advice, or training to less experienced team members when required.
• You will identify and resolve recurring issues and recommend improvements to AFR pricing methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• You will contribute individually to achieving team objectives without direct responsibility for leading others.
• You will influence stakeholders within the job area through clear explanations of facts, policies, and practices.
• You will support and collaborate primarily with colleagues within your function.
• You will build relationships with customers and key stakeholders and understand their interests and concerns.
• You will address task-related issues professionally and appropriately to maintain positive working relationships.

Qualifications & Experience

• More than 2 Years’ experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Good communication
• Good English and Arabic Both Written and Spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively on all levels

Ability to use initiative and be a self-starter
