JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a technically skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support business needs across different areas.

You will be in charge of creating scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications, connecting Salesforce with company systems, and helping to improve the CRM system continuously.

This job needs strong skills in Salesforce development, problem-solving, and the ability to work well with business and technical teams.

PROFILE

As a Salesforce Developer, you will help business teams by looking at what they need, planning solutions, creating new features, and making sure the Salesforce platforms are maintained and updated. You will help deliver dependable and scalable solutions while following Salesforce best practices, security rules, and development guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business needs and turn them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and launch Salesforce applications and custom features.
• Build and maintain connections with outside systems using REST APIs and connected apps.
• Create and improve Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Make sure the application works well, is secure, and can scale.
• Join code reviews and help improve development best practices.
• Help with deployment tasks and CI/CD setup.
• Create technical documents and share knowledge with team members.
• Help improve development processes and the governance of the Salesforce platform.

Required profile :

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Salesforce Development

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform development.
• Excellent understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Data Model, and Security Model.
• Strong experience with standard Salesforce CRM objects like Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, and Cases.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce customization and setup options.

Lightning Development

• Strong practical experience with Lightning Experience.
• Good knowledge of Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building Salesforce interfaces that look good on all devices and are easy to use.

Automation & Integration

• Strong knowledge of how to connect Salesforce with other systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, Connected Apps, and OAuth authentication methods.
• Expertise in Salesforce automation tools like Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Triggers.
• Experience connecting Salesforce with company applications and other platforms.

DevOps & Deployment

• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) tools and managing the development process.
• Understanding of source control and teamwork in development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment methods.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for Salesforce deployments is a plus.

Software Engineering

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language is a bonus.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methods.

EXPERIENCE & DELIVERABLES

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Significant experience completing Salesforce setup, customization, and integration projects.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to create technical documents and materials for sharing knowledge.
• Experience being involved in the whole project process, from understanding needs to launching the product.
• Salesforce certifications would be a big advantage.
