Join a dynamic company in the Aerospace / Space sector! Located in Nouaceur, this FAI / DVI Preparer position is a unique opportunity to develop your career within a passionate team.
Your main tasks will include:
- Validation of the manufacturing process through industrial validation of manufacturing routes.
- Verification and validation of the actual conformity of the FAI / DVI part.
- Preparation of FAI / DVI files: filling in the various forms in the file, manufacturing route and part conforming to the customer order, manufacturing route respected, material used conforming to customer needs, traceability ensured, use of appropriate machines and control tools, validation of the monitoring plan.
Required profile :
You have a 2-year college degree (Bac +2) in Methods, Processes, or Industrialization.
You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the aeronautics sector.
To excel in this role, solid technical skills are required:
- Ability to read and understand definition data: drawings, bills of materials, and customer orders.
- Use of control tools.
- Analytical and synthesis skills: ability to detect inconsistencies (drawing/measurement/file), rigor in data processing, ability to identify root causes.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
