Job :

Main tasks:

Define the organization and workload for APLS merchandise flows in line with the brand's commercial strategy and store needs.

Monitor and analyze the performance of APLS orders and flows (service rate, deadlines, compliance) and implement corrective action plans.

Regularly place and track APLS import orders, ensuring their reliability and consistency with store needs.

Coordinate with Purchasing, Catman, and Logistics teams to ensure proper execution of supplies and product listings.

Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to optimize reception organization, product availability, and customer experience.

Optimize logistics and supply flows to ensure optimal product availability in a high-turnover environment.

Ensure proper adherence to procedures and standards related to APLS merchandise organization.

Guarantee compliance with hygiene, safety, quality standards, and internal/regulatory procedures.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Economics, Management, Business, Logistics, or equivalent.

Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role related to merchandise organization, supply, or logistics in retail.

Excellent knowledge of APLS merchandise flows and the specifics of local convenience stores.
