Job :

Reporting to the department in charge of Security, you will be responsible for implementing, deploying, and ensuring compliance with safety and risk prevention standards and regulations, in coordination with internal teams and external service providers.

Main responsibilities:

Operations and Security Management

• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and procedures within the relevant scope;
• Identify and assess major risks: intrusion, theft, fire, work accidents, etc.;
• Conduct diagnostics, audits, and safety assessments;
• Develop and implement safety procedures;
• Ensure coordination with various internal and external stakeholders;
• Train and raise employee awareness on good safety practices;
• Participate in projects and initiatives of the Security Department;
• Contribute to the development of the safety training plan;
• Prepare and provide monthly activity reports.

Risk Prevention and Management

• Develop and deploy plans for the prevention of workplace accidents and incidents;
• Implement prevention programs aimed at reducing the frequency of incidents and their impact;
• Monitor action plans resulting from safety checks and audits.

Team Management

• Supervise, support, and evaluate employees within your scope;
• Develop the team's skills and foster their professional growth;
• Manage activity performance and track key indicators.

Required profile :

You hold a Master's degree or Engineering degree (Bac+5) and have 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector.

You have the following skills:

• Proficiency in audit techniques and risk assessment;
• Good knowledge of regulations related to occupational safety and infrastructure security;
• Proficiency in risk management tools and audit methods;
• Ability to manage safety-related projects;
• Ability to manage performance and activity indicators;
• Leadership and ability to unite teams;
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills;
• Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude;
• Adaptability and flexibility;
• Proficiency in digital tools and data analysis capabilities.
