Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting two Medical Fees Officers, based in the city of Beni Mellal.

Main missions:

Calculate and establish medical fees in accordance with current rules, agreements, and rates;
Update and ensure the reliability of the doctors' database: identifiers, contact details, and administrative information;
Verify the compliance of amounts to be paid and carry out the necessary checks with the doctors concerned;
Ensure the proper distribution and allocation of fees;
Prepare and process fee payments within the given deadlines;
Ensure rigorous follow-up of operations and contribute to the reliability of the medical fees management process.

Required profile : Profile sought:

• Master's degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, Control, Audit, or equivalent training;
• A first experience in a clinical or hospital setting is an asset;
• Good ability to learn and assimilate data;
• Good command of computer tools and ease with management software;
• Very good ease with numbers;
• Rigor, organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;
• Good analytical and control skills.
