About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to oversee a global Distributor Onboarding Operations team. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by coordinating onboarding activities, ensuring distributor data accuracy, mitigating onboarding risks, and supporting stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities and performance of the onboarding operations team.
• Oversee distributor data validation, tracking, and onboarding progress visibility.
• Proactively identify onboarding risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate operational support for Account Managers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure team readiness by providing access to required tools, systems, and resources.
• Partner with project managers to understand business requirements and delivery timelines.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
• Guide issue resolution efforts and ensure timely escalation of critical matters.
• Communicate project status, resource availability, and operational updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, trainings, and administrative requirements.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to support team development.

Required profile :

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cisco, or Order Management systems.
• Background in Order Management, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, or Operations.
• Experience supporting onboarding, enablement, or transformation programs.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, IP addressing, and network configuration.
