The manufacturing team leader is responsible for achieving the objectives set by their hierarchical manager, for example, KPIs such as SQCDP type, 5S & IGP audits, continuous improvement projects, etc. They must ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment rules, in particular vital rules, and participate in their implementation (I move carefully, I work cautiously, I handle with care, I power on safely, I optimize my workspace, I am aware of the risks).
5S & HSE: Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and internal regulations of the establishment. Be responsible for the company's LEAN rules, particularly the 5S methodology.
Quality: Monitor and analyze individual performance in terms of Quality and Productivity. Ensure compliance with the manufacturing process and the proper execution of procedures related to product realization. Provide necessary technical assistance to team members. Promote actions to improve Quality and Productivity. Actively participate in resolving quality problems (customer/supplier notifications and complaints). Inform the quality controller upon detection of any anomaly in the components used. Inform the production planner upon detection of any anomaly in the manufacturing file.
Team management: Supervising, leading, and motivating a team responsible for carrying out its assigned tasks. Identifying training needs. Welcoming and integrating new operators. Monitoring, using the skills matrix, the alignment of each operator's skills with the work to be performed.
Productivit: Ensure daily updates of time sheets (GTA) and production indicators.
Production Planning (PDP) Implementation: Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the production schedule for your team (STS). Ensure the organization and supervision of overtime when necessary.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Knowledge: Minimum education level: Bac +5 Minimum experience: 3 years.
Skills: Team spirit, Good communication skills
Interpersonal skills: Strong communication skills, conscientiousness, and observational skills
