Industrial Maintenance Officer | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• To lead and support technical team leaders in their daily tasks.
• To coordinate different maintenance operations and ensure they run smoothly.
• To be the main point of contact for internal clients on maintenance-related matters.
• To supervise and monitor operations carried out by external service providers.
• To participate in maintenance actions (diagnostics, complex interventions).
• To contribute to the implementation and monitoring of action plans related to quality, safety, and environmental issues.

Required profile :

• Graduate of an engineering school, university, or equivalent institution, with a specialization in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or a similar field.
• Around 1 year of prior experience in a similar role is desired.
• Organized, team player, and able to coordinate multiple interventions.
• Good communication and adaptation skills in an operational environment.
