We are recruiting - Regional Manager | Marrakech-Safi

As part of our business development, we are looking for a Regional Manager to support and manage our stores in the Marrakech-Safi region.

Your main tasks:
Manage the sales performance of several stores.
Support, coach, and develop field teams.
Ensure operational excellence and quality of customer experience.
Ensure the proper execution of sales and merchandising actions.
Track and analyze sales KPIs and implement necessary action plans.
Train and support teams to strengthen their expertise and performance.

Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site management, ideally in retail.
Excellent command of sales performance indicators.
Field leadership, coaching skills, and results orientation.
Regional mobility and ability to support multiple teams.
Experience in the beauty industry is a real asset.

Position based in Marrakech with regional mobility.
