Job :

As a Commercial Manager, your main goal will be to significantly increase turnover, expand market share, and retain existing customers while prospecting for new business opportunities.

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop and market Maroc Diplomatique's advertising offers on print and digital platforms: press, website, newsletters, and social media;
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect for new clients;
• Develop and retain the client portfolio;
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure sales closure.
• Seek sponsors and establish commercial partnerships to support the media's events and projects;
• Manage commercial activity to achieve revenue targets and provide regular reporting on results;
• Conduct market research on advertising and competitor offers to adapt commercial proposals;
• Represent Maroc Diplomatique during client meetings and professional events, promoting its image and positioning.

Required profile :

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC +4/5) in commerce or management with a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a media or media agency.

Required Technical Skills:

• Very good knowledge of the media sector and print and digital advertising platforms: press, websites, newsletters, and social media.
• Proficiency in selling print and digital advertising space.
• Ability to prospect, develop client portfolios, and retain advertisers to increase turnover.
• Experience in seeking sponsors and developing commercial partnerships.
• Possession of an active client portfolio and a strong professional network.
• Excellent interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Neat presentation and professional demeanor to represent Maroc Diplomatique to clients and partners, consistent with its image and positioning.
• Possession of an active client portfolio, ideally in the media and advertising sector.
