We are currently recruiting for one of our clients a HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment of White Collar employees, from identifying recruitment needs to onboarding, while ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and understand recruitment needs in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Prepare and update job descriptions.
• Publish job vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, professional networks, universities, and other channels.
• Conduct headhunting for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Review and screen CVs according to job requirements.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
• Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant departments.
• Follow up on interview feedback and candidate evaluations.
• Participate in candidate selection and salary discussions.
• Coordinate the job offer process and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and headhunters when required.
• Participate in recruitment fairs, professional events, and university career events.
• Develop relationships with universities, engineering schools, and training institutions.
• Coordinate recruitment-related administrative matters with the HR team.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment tracking tools.
• Ensure the confidentiality of candidate and recruitment information.

Required profile :

Candidate Profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within an industrial or multinational environment.
• Experience recruiting White Collar, technical, and managerial profiles.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and headhunting techniques.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Strong CV screening and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Moroccan labor law is an advantage.
